The teachings, videos, guides and photos on this site are mine, shared for your personal practice. You’re welcome to share links with anyone who might enjoy them. Please ask before republishing my content anywhere else.

Your practice and your health

Yoga and meditation are powerful practices. Practice within your own limits, and listen to your body.

The classes, videos and guides here are for general education. They aren’t medical advice. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from an injury, check with your doctor before starting a new practice. You take part at your own discretion and responsibility.

YouTube

Videos on this site are hosted on YouTube and governed by the YouTube Terms of Service. My Privacy Policy explains how I use the YouTube API Services to publish my own videos.

Emails

When you join my email list, I send a short teaching every two weeks and the occasional update. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email. My Privacy Policy explains how I handle your information.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
