What I collect

When you download the free guide, I collect your first name and email address.

When you send a message through the contact form, I collect your name, email address, and your message. If you tick the box to join my email list, your name and email are added to it.

That’s it. I don’t ask for anything else, and I never buy or rent email lists.

How I use it

I use your email address to send you the guide and, from time to time, emails with teachings, stories from my own practice, and what’s coming up next. I use contact form messages only to reply to you.

I never sell or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.

The services that help run this site

Brevo stores my email list and sends my emails.

Postmark delivers contact form messages to my inbox.

Cloudflare Turnstile protects the forms from spam.

Vercel hosts this site. Vercel Web Analytics counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you personally.

Each of these services handles your information under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and your browser

This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. The small relaxation reminder remembers, in your own browser, whether you closed it. That information never leaves your device.

YouTube

I publish my own videos to my YouTube channel using the YouTube API Services. This tool only works with my own channel and does not collect any information about you. YouTube videos on this site are governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Your choices

Every email I send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also write to me any time at sean@seancoreyoga.com and I’ll remove or update your information.
