I’m Sean Corey—a yoga teacher, lifelong student, and someone who’s been through the fire of transformation. My journey led me from the grip of addiction to the grounding, healing power of yoga.

Over the past decade, I’ve immersed myself in the ancient practices of yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, and mantra—not just as concepts, but as a way of life. These teachings don’t just change us—they awaken something deep inside.
