My name is Sean Corey. I’m a yoga teacher, daily meditator, and lover of life. My mission is to educate, inspire, and share techniques that help you unlock your inner potential and truly thrive.

My journey led me from the shadows of addiction to the radiant light of yoga. Over the past decade, I’ve immersed myself in the ancient practices of yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, and mantra, discovering their profound ability to transform and heal.

Today, my purpose is simple: to share these powerful practices with you and serve as a guiding light on your path to happiness, growth, and personal freedom.

My teachings are rooted in the ancient wisdom of the Sri Vidya Himalayan Tradition, shaped by my daily practice, extensive training, and personal moments of awakening.
